The Dead Can Hear You! Can You Hear
Them? FRANK'S BOX --- EVP GHOST
BOX AND A NECROMANCER - A lot of
talk goes on now more often about
owning and operating the new paranormal
toy called Frank's Box. This box
carries a lot of controversy across
the paranormal community. Frank
Sumption came up with the idea that
spirit voices can be created through
fragmented radio pieces. Lisa Lee
Harp Waugh is a American Necromancer
Who Just tuned into the Mysteries
Necromantic Box.
The
Real Telephone To The Dead
Frank
Sumption says he received instructions
for building the device from disembodied
entities. His first box was built
in 2002, and he has made fewer than
three dozen. While anyone can build
one from his schematics, there seems
to be something especially effective
about the boxes hand-made by Sumption
himself.
Lisa
Lee Harp Waugh has started by the
urgencies of several Paranormal
Investigators to incorporate an
actual Franks Box into one of her
Necromantic rituals. " Many
said to me try the box during a
ritual." Said Waugh. "So
Of course I did and the results
are a little scary." "I
have begun putting much of what
I hear to from this as actual proof
that Franks Box does allow the dead
to contact us directly."

Lee Harp Waugh has been featured
guest on several paranormal programs
that are nationwide on the radio
and worldwide on the Internet.
A
professional Necromancer and founder
of the Sorcerers Guild of greater
Houston, Texas. Waugh has been practicing
and conducting rituals for many
paranormal investigators for over
20 years. Waugh also paints many
spiritual and common murals and
lives in a small Texas town with
her three dogs. She also over the
years makes ceremonial candles and
is active in ghost hunting in the
deep South. Summoning the dead to
communicate with the living is a
natural daily occurrence for Waugh.
"I have been doing this since
I was a child." " When
I lived in Galveston, Texas about
15 years ago, I was introduced to
the ancient rights of ceremonial
Necromancy as a ritual by a great
shaman called Freebird, and because
of him and his diligence to the
art, I still practice it until this
day." "However, if a spirit
has something vital to impart to
you, they will call upon you, not
vice-versa and no ritual is needed".
She
then Got involved with the local
Hoodoo Voodoo's of the area and
new doors where opened to her concerning
communicating with the dead.
Waugh
was baptized and trained in the
secret dark religion by Bianca The
Voodoo Queen of New Orleans. Waugh
lived in New Orleans for 3 years
until she learned all about spells,
hex's and how to hoodoo voodoo people
as she says.
Waugh
also owned and managed the fantastic
Candle Making Company in Galveston,
Texas for many years that catered
to the eclectic patrons taste of
many of the states visitors and
just curious. She then moved to
Houston's Famous Vodoun area 5th
ward. This now where she resides
to this day. Her home today is a
testimony to Necromancy and her
new found religion of Voodoo Hoodoo.
Necromantic
practitioners such as Waugh conducts,
and entails respect and reverence
not only for the spirits of the
dead, but for the spirits of Hell,
Heaven and all places in between.
Waugh has a large home one room
she has painted black where she
calls the good spirits. Another
painted all black where she calls
the infernal spirits.
Waugh
is often compared today in her facial
features and many similar practices
as being a modern Dr. John Dee.
He of course was one of the most
fascinating characters of the Elizabethan
period just as Waugh is recognized
as such in modern times. The events
of Dee's life are filled with science,
experiments, astrology and mathematics
which he aligned with magic, the
supernatural and alchemy! All of
which is Waugh's personal passion
and driven honest beliefs. These
are also stead fast traditions she
does and true in practicing openly.
A few of her select followers say
she is the actual reincarnation
of John Dee. Waugh also practices
astrology, and is very continuously
studying the Black Arts.
Waugh,
a real big hearted Texas gal does
not comment on any of this privately
or publicly ... for she is humble
in her paranormal studies and research
to the core. Gina Lanier a close
friend of her's relates: "Waugh
is a very outgoing friendly, charming
and a downright loveable person,
and gets along equally well with
the living and the dead." Lanier
and Waugh once investigated a real
Haunted Texas Federal Prison together
for close to two years in the early
1990's and had many startling paranormal
adventures while there.
Lisa
Lee Harp Waugh's accomplishments
have been achieved through hard
work, persistence, and a goal-oriented
attitude required to overcome obstacles
and reach difficult goals. Waugh
shares her approach to communicating
with the dead's success in this
motivational performance that's
sure to inspire Paranormal Investigators
to excel in their life.

Devices
like Frank's Box are useful in research
in the field of ITC, or instrumental
transcommunication, dedicated to
real-time, two-way bridges for voice
and image.
On
line you can find information on
how to construct one and people
are even offering to make one for
you for a small fee. Some even will
charge you for asking questions
or having a session for you to ask
your questions of the dead who so
apply want to talk to you.
So
what is Frank's Box and how does
it work? Is an inexpensive Ghost
Box you can make and use. It is
said to capture EVPs and stores
your session in a .wav file for
later review of sharing.
Frank’s
Box allows for two-way communication
with the other side, in a way that
is more interactive than typical
EVPs. Frank’s Box or the Ghost Box
as it has come to be known is an
electronic system, or method of
sprit communication, also known
as instrumental trans-communication,
or ITC. Simply put Frank’s Box scans
AM/FM and low band frequencies to
create a noise matrix from which
the dead — as well as other entities
— can use to modulate for messages.
No
need for costly Ghost Box session
charged by people in the paranormal
field. Build this a do your own!
Works similar to Frank's Box, Joe's
Box, and Mini Box.
EVP
stands for Electronic Voice Phenomenon.
EVPs are traditionally used to describe
unexpected sounds or voices sometimes
found on recording media. (electronic
media such as radios and tape recorders)
Recording
EVPs has become a regular practice
of paranormal investigators, who
attempt to contact the souls of
dead loved ones or during ghost
hunting investigations.
Waugh's
Necromantic Rituals With Frank's
Box
Lisa
Lee Harp Waugh calls up spirits
using ancient methods of Necromantic
practices. You could call it a seance
in essence except for the fact that's
it is done with magical incantations
and Lisa Lee Harp Waugh dressed
in long white robes and pointed
hat.
She
also employs a tape recording and
digital video and still cameras
to document the voices she hears.
Sometimes a assistant is present
to write down all that Waugh says
she hears the spirits or entities
say just to her that no one else
can hear.
And
at times she says it was just random
evp's that occur when doing a ritual
that she thought did not work.
"The
spirits that come when called or
sometimes familiar to me and come
and visit from the other side on
a regular basis." The same
spirits are now vocalizing on a
Frank's Box I am experimenting with
at this time." Tells Waugh.
" I do a Ritual Of Necromancy
then go back and review the tapes
film and video." "And
have been quite surprised to not
only have one spirits in the room
and one on the Frank's box carrying
on a conversation between each other."
Frank's
spirit receiver starts off with
a standard white noise generator
which is fed through a random voltage
circuit of Frank's own design. The
random voltage is linked to an AM
radio receiver which reacts to the
voltage by tuning to a specific
spot on the radio dial. This is
known as voltage tuning and is a
common function of late 80s and
early 90s radio receivers. Though
various radio stations are turned
in for a split second every so often
along with regular static, the devices
also allows the spirits to interact
with the device and create their
own vocals through the receiver
and for lack of a better term, talk
through the device.
A
newer version of the box simply
tunes back and fourth through the
AM band which Frank is calling the
"Sweep"method. At first,
he believed that the random voltage
design is what allowed it to work
but after using the sweep method,
he has since changed his mind as
it seems to do a better job. Frank
has made his plans available on
the Internet for anyone who is interested
in experimenting with his device.
He also makes available his own
receiver plans for those who want
to take it a step further and create
the entire box from start to finish.
Frank
has created at least 25 versions
of the box to date and handed them
to several individuals for ongoing
tests. The initial results have
been pretty positive and many people
have experienced some kind of communication
which they would regard as evidence
that the box really works. Unfortunately,
the difficult part about Frank's
design is his using the AM radio
band as the medium for receiving
the voices. This is one fact that
makes it easy for any skeptic to
debunk the operation of his device.
For starters, the device will receive
little snippets from various radio
stations as it scans through the
AM band. At any given minute the
device could spew some various words
from passing stations that could
be put together as a sentence and
claimed to be from a spirit when
in fact its just audio matrixing.
Another possible scenario includes
a few parts from Radio Shack and
a couple of minutes of assembly
could yield a small yet powerful
enough transmitter to broadcast
over the AM band and inject various
words and phrases into the box directly.
Definite care should be taken when
operating the device to ensure the
above scenarios are not part of
the equation. Using recorders and
other tools, such as an EMF detector,
can help legitimize the results.
EMF detectors should be placed far
enough away as not to cause interference
with the box or produce false readings
on the detector itself.
From
From Coast To Coast Am
Electronic
Spirit Communication
Paranormal investigator Christopher
Moon, the founder of Haunted Times
Magazine, discussed 'Frank's Box,'
also known as the telephone to the
dead. The box, composed of used
parts from various electronic devices,
was originally housed in an old
hollowed-out computer tower, said
Moon, who has used the apparatus
at a number of haunted sites, such
as the Lizzie Borden House (now
a B & B!) and the Mason House
Inn.
Frank's
Box allows for two-way communication
with the other side, in a way that
is more interactive than typical
EVP, Moon explained. Two recordings
were played on the show (additional
clips are posted here). He claimed
he was able to communicate with
Thomas Edison's co-workers (Edison
never finished the spirit contact
machine he was said to be working
on).
Towards
the end of the third hour, Frank
the inventor of the box, joined
the show to describe his invention.
To quote from his website, "the
system consists of a random voltage
generator, which is used to tune
an AM receiver module rapidly. The
audio from the tuner (raw audio)
is amplified and fed to an echo
chamber, where the spirits manipulate
it to form their voices." Moon
noted that Frank has been able to
make each successive box smaller
in size and that Frank has had success
contacting "transdimensional
beings." http://www.coasttocoastam.com/shows/2007/03/01.html
Rosemary
Ellen Guiley's
Thoughts on Franks Box
Mark
Macy has posted two articles I wrote
about Frank's
Box, concerning the controversy
the box has caused in the paranormal
investigation community. The articles
are published this month in TAPS
Paramagazine. The pdf can be viewed
at http://spiritfaces.com/x200706ParamagArticl.pdf
For those not in ghost work,
TAPS is The Paranormal Atlantic
Society, members of whom star in
The SciFiChannel's popular Ghost
Hunters reality show.
Briefly,
at a Ghost Hunters haunted week
at The Stanley Hotel in Colorado
in March, the 200+ attendees were
given demonstrations of the box
by Chris Moon. There were two open
mike nights in which lots were drawn
for people to come up and ask questions
via the box. Chris interpreted answers,
and was assisted by medium Chip
Coffey. Many of the attendees had
never heard of the box, and most
of them had never seen it in operation,
and it caused quite a stir. Chris
also took the box into one of the
hotel's more active haunted rooms,
as part of the featured ghost investigations.
There
were two other boxes present on
site for part of the time, owned
by Randy Schneider and Bill Murphy.
Fortunately, these boxes were not
pressed into service for paranormal
tap dancing. I was especially happy
to be able to participate in small
group private sessions with both
Randy and Bill (and one of which
included Mark), which I found far
more illuminating.
One
article concerns the controversy
over the box (for example, should
it be used in haunted places to
provoke ghosts; can it dial up the
dead on demand), and the other is
a Q&A interview I did with Frank.
Personally,
I agree with Frank's vision for
the box as an ITC tool.
Necromantic
Box ... Now I've
never heard it called
that! I make the
boxes, still can't
mass produce the
stuff, and rarely
take requests, nor
do interviews. It
has to do with time,
nothing else. As
far as not producing
the boxes, all attempts
at mass production
have been blocked
so far.
I'm
#39 so far, and
the box continues
to evolve, now using
a linear scan system
that results in
more consistent
messages. 36, 37,
38, and 39 are AM
and FM linear scan
boxes. 36, 37 and
38 are based on
the Radio Shack
12-469, but instead
of doing the hack
in it, I use it
as a tuner module.
39 uses an AM/FM
car tuner module
as the radio. 35
is a home made AM
radio tuner. I started
using home made
tuners in #24, but
still use pre-manufactured
tuners when I can
get them, as they
eat up less board
real estate.
Here's a cell phone
video of #39 done
(visit
here)
on Monday,
you'll need quicktime
to view it. At about
2 seconds in "
Oh God- Please help
me", then at
11 seconds "Earthquake---China".
I don't run these
as others do, I
don't ask questions,
I announce I'm doing
an EVP recording,
and let it run.
I don't do "investigations"
either, I use this
stuff at home, "they"
come to me. Not
only does it get
spirit, but other
entities as well,
like Ets and etherics,
but they rarely
announce who they
are, except for
the human spirits.
The box is only
one method of supplying
the raw audio sprits/entites
use to form voices,
there are a number
of other ways to
accomplish the same
thing, the box only
automates the process.
BTW, you might want
to be careful with
the dark stuff,
very tricky it can
be, and I know no
one wise enough
to out smart something
that already knows
your deepest thoughts.
This
is the site
to share
information
on the continuing
development
of my EVP/ITC
system--Now
known as
Franks Box
"The
Box" is
only one
method of
supplying
the raw
audio spirits/entities
can use
to form
thier voices.
The purpose
of supplying
a raw audio,
as in raw
building
material,
is to get
higher lever
(louder)
EVP type
voices,
and to get
these spirit
contacts
more consistently
than with
earlier
methods
of EVP,
such as
using white
noise as
the raw
material.
The term
"raw audio"
is derived
formt it's
use in EVPmaker,
a program
that runs
on a computer,
and provides
the same
function,
giving the
entities
something
to make
voices out
of. EVPmaker
was the
inspiration
for the
Boxes.
The
box in it's
basic form
consists
of a simple
radio receiver
usually
for the
AM broadcast
band, a
sweep generator
circuit,
and amplifiers
to drive
speakers,
and provide
a line level
output.
The sweep
gnerator
sweeps the
tuning of
the radio
across it's
band so
that small
snippets
of broadcast
stations
containing
human speech,
music, and
noise form
between
stations
can be supplied
as an output
to be used
as the raw
audio. I
like to feed
the raw
audio to what
has been
called an
echo chamber,
or sound
chamber
where it
is picked
up via microphone
an amplified.
The system
will work
without
the sound
chamber,
and the
audio can
be recorded
directly from
the radio
and still
get meaningful
messages. The
chamber
seems to
help clarify
some of
the voices,
perhaps
by way of
mechanical
filtering.
I
used to
believe
the radio
had to be
swept in
a random
manor, as
EVPmaker
chops the
audio and
plays it
back in
random chunks, but
have found
recently
that a linear
mode--seems-to
work much
better.
The entities
seem to
be able
to track
the audio
easier,
and can
make more
consistent,and
longer messages.
I
don not
know how
the box
actually
works, I
only try
to provide
what the
spirits/entities
seem to
use to communicate.
Most
of my communication
is not of
the profound
universal,
absolute
truth some
seek. Mostly
it's basic
comments
letting
me know
what works,
as most
of my sessions
are for
the purpose
of testing.
Comments
about how
to make
it work
better are
exceedingly
rare, depite
the claims
that there
exists spirit
technicians.
With the
first box
I was guided
almost telepathically--I
can't prove
it--but
that where
the idea
for the
echo box/sound
chamber
ccame from.
I
don't sell
boxes, I
don't want
to be in
the position
of having
to make
money off
the paranormal.
The
concept
of the box
is relatively
simple,
and the
circuits
only basic
op amps.
On othere
pages here
you'll find
schematics.
I use perf
board, and
point to
point wiring for
construction
with few
problems.
As

I'm off

too danm
much negativity!
A couple
years ago
I wrongly
got in an
arguement,
the person
sent all
my e-mails
to my boss,
and I almost
got fired--I
won't go
there again.
That same
type situation
seemed to
be developing,
so I wanted
to cut it
off before
it got started.
"You

-reversed-You
are from

"That's

they continue
